Project description
This project uses a 2032 coin cell battery and a 7555 timer to blink an LED. The 7555 timer is similar to the familiar LM555 timer, but can be operated with the lower voltage provided by the 2032 battery. It seems like Chris meant to place a variable resistor in the spot of R3. After I finished the videos, I noticed variable resistors come with 3 leads. To keep from redoing the design, I substituted an axial resistor. I can probably fit it in the through-hole spacing that I chose.
